CYCLAMI UK offers a 90-day commercial returns window for eligible purchases.

Statutory cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel without giving a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the standard delivery charge. The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

90-day commercial returns

Outside the statutory cancellation period, contact support within 90 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Return the pump, accessories, packaging and proof of purchase where available.

Customers normally pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, or where we have agreed otherwise.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Contact us promptly with a description and clear photos or video where helpful so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Warranty

The CYCLAMI A2S is covered by a 12-month warranty. Warranty support may require proof of purchase and evidence of the issue.
